Selecting and Implementing IoT Network Security Tools: Why Cross-Functional Engagement is Essential
Securing enterprise networks is a challenging proposition on its own. And when coverage of IoMT devices are included, the complexities rise to a new level. IoMT management requires detailed knowledge of the constraints unique to the devices themselves and the clinical networks that host them. The traffic flows, communication protocols, operating requirements, security posture and importantly, the status of each device must be known. Patient safety is at stake. No single department can assume sole responsibility. The security risks inherent to the delivery of connected care must be addressed cross-functionally.

Medigate’s Drew Ganther and Ilir Kullolli from Stanford Children’s Hospital will host a conversation about the realities of secure medical device management. Webinar attendees will be treated to an open, candid discussion.
