This workshop is designed to help special needs families reach a greater understanding of some of the different government benefits available to support individuals with disabilities. These benefits are discussed in detail in clear, concise language, including how to qualify for, and the differences between, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicaid, Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) and Medicare.

Michael serves on a number of volunteer boards, including Abilis, the CT Governor’s Workforce Council DEI Committee, and the Advisory Board of the US Autism Association. A graduate of SUNY Albany and Columbia Law School, Michael lives in Stamford with his wife Deborah and son Ben.
