Adult ESOL learners come with a range of idiosyncratic strengths, needs, goals, experiences, cultures, identities, languages, personalities, and preferences. The more aware teachers are of the multiple dimensions of our students, the more we can leverage them towards the learning process. In this webinar, we will discuss strategies to modify or differentiate instruction to ensure all students can fully participate and contribute to the learning process. Webinar participants will engage through applying differentiation strategies to the content, process, and product of a lesson, taking into account the readiness, interests, and abilities of diverse adult ESOL students.
