Embracing the future of remote working opportunities

Thursday 26th May EmployAbility is partnering with Employers for Change and Grow Remote to bring you an online Webinar titled "Embracing the future of remote working opportunities".

We are delighted to welcome Helen McQuillan from EmployAbility, Claire Hayes from Employers for Change and Joanne Mangan from Grow Remote to speak on this topic. We are also excited to hear from Kevin Buckley of Spearline who will share his experience of moving to a hybrid workplace.

What to expect from the session:
• Helen will give you a brief overview on National EmployAbility Services and how we work with jobseekers and employers in creating windows to work for people with a disability, illness or mental health condition
• Claire will present “Success is Inclusion”, the importance of language and how the landscape is changing & how you as employers can best support your employees
• Joanne will discuss the work of Grow Remote and share practical tips on remote working policies and will explan how Grow Remote can support employers in this process
• Kevin Buckley CEO of Spearline, a diverse and inclusive place to work based in Skibbereen joins us for the panel discussion where he will share his story of "Moving with the Times" and how Spearline developed their blended working policy
