As we return to in-person meetings and face-to-face interactions it is clear that the "new normal" is different to the normal pre-Covid. Many innovations and developments are taking place in medical education especially as faculty and learners become more skilful digital citizens.

Celeste, Fabíola and Thomas discuss the innovations that have caught their eye, and identify areas which could benefit with some attention.

This webinar is for anyone interested in how IME/CME is developed and presented in Europe. While attending this webinar is free, registration is required.

She has a Master’s Degree in education and over 20 years’ experience in both business and education. Celeste has focused the past 15+ years in IME/CME, delivering large-scale, global programmes across a variety of therapy areas. Celeste has led award winning teams that have received accolades in both Europe and in the US. She is currently President of the Global Alliance for Medical Education (GAME) and is an active member of the Good CME Practice Group (gCMEp) where she serves on the Steering Group. Fabíola de Andrade (Consultant @Independent CME-CPD Professional) Fabíola de Andrade managed the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH) for over a decade. During her career in CME-CPD, she sat on the CME Experts Permanent Committee of the Biomedical Alliance in Europe, and has been a speaker at the European CME Forum and the Cologne Consensus Conference. Fabíola is one of the founding members of CME-European Accreditors (CME-EA), a non-profit association of independent European accreditors. Nowadays she continues serving the CME-CPD community by being an independent consultant and contractor, and a member of the Good CME Practice Group. Thomas Kleinoeder (Managing Director @KWHC) Thomas Kleinoeder is Managing Director and Chief Medical Officer at the German KWHC GmbH. For over 20 years the company with its staff of 50 employees has provided medical education. The team is specialised in electronic formats of education in the medical sector and works on the national, European and international market. Thomas is a physician with a specialisation in internal medicine and a medical informatics specialist. He worked for 12 years at the University Hospital in Göttingen, Germany. In addition to his current position, Thomas is also cooperating with several universities for research projects and is an active member in several scientific societies. Thomas is a member of the committee for health economy of the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK).
