Patrick (PJ) Vrabel is the team leader of the Employee Benefits department of Brown & Brown of Lehigh Valley. He started with Brown & Brown 2011 as a producer where his focus is to achieve client satisfaction and trust. Currently he manages all of the comprehensive services, product offerings and customized solutions to employee benefits clients of Brown & Brown of Lehigh Valley. He and his team diligently work with each client to ensure outstanding results and lasting relationships. PJ graduated from Mansfield University with a Bachelor Science Degree in Business Administration. He has achieved the Group Benefits Associate designation from International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant through the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Darryl Frye
Senior Absence Consultant & Audit Manager @Brown & Brown
As a Senior Absence Consultant, Darryl consults with internal sales and account management teams, as well as with external national account clients, on a wide variety of complex projects including FMLA, State Leave Laws, ADA Pay, Salary Continuance, Statutory Disability, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Vacation and Paid Time-off (PTO) and other employer sponsored leave programs. He is also responsible for managing claim and process audits on behalf of our clients. Prior to Strategic Non-Medical Solutions, he was an Operations Manager for the Absence Management Operation division at CareWorks. There he was responsible for the oversight, management, and fiscal stability of the division and served as key contributor to the implementation of all large-scale client programs. He holds a bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University and is also a Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) through the Disability Management Employer Coalition.
