Calefy has applied technology to improve the customer-enabled application process. It validates data and creates a request for quote which is reviewed by a broker who submits to selected markets, either by email or through an API.
The front end process is dramatically improved for both customer and broker, saving 40 minutes on average per submission. The MGA or Insurer also benefits from the time saving and improved request process.
