Making a difference to the lives of individuals, communities, or the environment is probably the reason why the charity was established, so how can it show that it is making a real difference in order to build trust, rapport and credibility for its services? This interactive workshop from the FSI will provide a range of tools and best practice advice to ensure that your charity is effectively assessing and communicating the difference it makes to donors, funders and supporters. It will cover how to analyse qualitative and quantitative data to draw out trends and learnings for your organisation, and will review how best to communicate your impact externally.
