Responsible for the Quadient CXM product roadmap for Business User Experience and Core Applications, Darren brings over 20 years of experience of working within the Customer Communications Management industry. Darren’s broad technical background and sales support experience help him drive innovation within the Quadient portfolio and help empower client communication strategies. In recent years, Darren has worked with many Quadient clients on their digital transformation of communication-based processes, realizing benefits in customer experience, market adoption as well as process optimization.
David Goldberg
Director of Strategic Partnerships @Daylight
David Goldberg is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Daylight. He recently joined the company in this newly created role after having spent almost 15 years in financial service institutions (BMO & TD). David has a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University (FMA: Ryerson), as well as an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management with a specialization in Technology & Innovation. His experience is within the digitization, automation, and user experience space, having worked on major web redesigns, platform and content migrations, and process digitization projects. He has extensive experience in financial services and insurance, which has provided an exposure to critical processes including regulatory frameworks and oversight. David also volunteers with community organizations who support new immigrants with their job search, and he provides advice with resume-building, practice interviews and career coaching.
