Join us online for a friendly and accessible intro to all things yoga and SUP yoga. No experience of either is needed.
Sessions are in two parts. First, each week I will lead us through a series of yoga postures, giving you a chance to stretch, strengthen and relax. We’ll focus on the muscles that work hardest on the water.
Second, over a series of weeks you will build a SUP yoga sequence, readying you for a full yoga flow to enjoy on the water.
Each session includes:
A new land based yoga session
Part of a SUP yoga sequence to build up over lockdown
Opportunity for Q & A with Kate, WSA trainer, owner of SUP Bristol and qualified yoga teacher
Access to a closed facebook group where you can ask questions, download a PDF of the sequences and catch up videos from the classes.
