This is the last webinar about vinegars and this time we will use more advanced methods of vinegar creations using homemade alcoholic fermentation of juices (wildcrafted or store-bought) and similar concoctions such as herbal drinks.
You’ll learn how to make your own alcoholic ferments from scratch and turn them into vinegar. This will open the door to a lot of creative culinary possibilities for making unique salad dressings, vinaigrettes, marinades, drinks, hot sauces and much more!
In fact, I think that any vinegar you make
at home will be far superior to vinegars you can purchase at the store. Heck, maybe after this webinar, you can even start a new home business making gourmet vinegars.

If you are new to making vinegar, we’ll quickly make vinegar together in the beginning of the webinar using store-bought wine. That way you’ll understand how this works. You’ll need:
One bottle of red wine (doesn’t have to be expensive wine) or a good natural artisanal beer
2 quart jars (2 one liter jars)
One bottle of store-bought unpasteurized vinegar. (Bragg is a good brand).
Paper towel
Rubber band or string
Water
