Jeremy Monteiro
Jeremy Monteiro was born in 1960 and is one of Asia’s best known jazz pianists. He started his professional career in 1976 and has released 46 albums and performed more than 8,000 shows in concert halls and small jazz clubs around the world and at home. He was awarded Singapore’s pinnacle award in the arts, the Cultural Medallion in 2002 and the Public Service Medal in 2021.

Mary George

Mary George is a psychologist and educator who has worked in a variety of settings here and abroad. She has served in programmes for children and families in disadvantaged communities, and conducted research on resilience. An adjunct lecturer at SUSS and NIE, Mary promotes teaching and learning with adults of all ages. She also co-publishes a monthly newspaper, "What's Up", to help preteens make sense of the world. Sumarge is her latest avenue for helping others to heal, learn, and grow together.
Kannan Chandran

Kannan Chandran started off as a lifestyle journalist for the mainstream, while also reporting on the media industry as it shifted from print to other platforms. As the Managing Editor of Magazines Inc, he worked with teams of colleagues and principals in the region to publish a stable of magazines, including The Peak and other lifestyle and business publications for organizations like American Express, Singapore Airlines, Mercedes-Benz and the Inchcape Group. In 2000 he started E-Quill Media, working on publications for various corporations, e.g. Chevron, INSEAD, InterContinental Hotels Group, and BMW. He launched the award-winning STORM magazine in 2009 to deliver divergent views on current issues. In late 2016, STORM went fully digital, and as STORM-ASIA.COM it continues to comment on issues through articles and events, like the regular twice-monthly WED WEB CHAT. Kannan has been decorated by the government of Chile. He also helped establish Mensa (Singapore).
Bernard Harrison

Bernard Harrison has a double honours degree in Zoology and Psychology and a Master’s in Zoo Design. He joined the Singapore Zoo in 1973, established and managed the world’s first Night Safari in 1994. He left as the CEO of Wildlife Reserves Singapore in 2002 to set up Bernard Harrison and Friends, a dedicated zoo design company. He and his team design zoos around the world, especially in Asia and the Middle East. Amongst his awards Bernard was inducted into the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Hall of Fame in 2018 for his work in the international zoo industry, and received the American Creativity Association’s Champion of Creativity Award 2008 for his work on the Night Safari, Singapore.
