How to Write a Perfect Business Plan

Leonardo Amorim de Lemos is a Business System Analyst and CEO of a company in Brazil. He worked as a Project Manager for ten years at IPAD Institute (Brazil). During his career, he had three start-up companies in different segments (Health, Realtor, and Clean Energy).

Leonardo believes that a perfect Business Plan is fundamental, not only for start-ups (or to an entrepreneur), but for anything that you are planning for your future, and that's one of the reasons that made him do a master’s degree in Project Management.

In addition to managing the Brazilian company, he is a Business Mentor volunteer for ISSofBC and an IT Assistant at NYIT (New York Institute of Technology) as he is enrolled in Cybersecurity Master at Vancouver.

He has also been an Advisor at Advisory Club (New York) for Startup projects and was a part of the judging board for new Startups in Brazil.

Leonardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Master’s in Project Management (both in Brazil), and he will finish a Cybersecurity Master’s at the end of 2022 (Vancouver).
