Learning from 2020 to Succeed in 2021

If you are like most people, 2020 cannot end soon enough. The pandemic brought new challenges both big and small. For many people, the virus threatened their health or their very lives. All of us were impacted by social distancing, working from home, distance learning and trying to find hand sanitizer and toilet paper.

Moreover, we faced a downturn in the economy, civil unrest, a contentious election, forest fires and hurricanes. It feels like a tsunami of bad news.

It is tempting to put our heads in the sand and think, “Let’s just pretend that 2020 never happened.”
