Increasing accessibility: Mastering Insurance for the Maternal Mental Health Professional
Many clinicians and mental health providers report difficulty with navigating the insurance landscape, which in turn affects access to care for clients. Webinar participants will increase their knowledge concerning insurance including paneling, submitting and appealing claims, and troubleshooting barriers that may occur. Presenter will also cover telehealth services and Medi-Cal expansion for perinatal patients.

Objectives:
1. Explain 2 pros and 2 cons regarding insurance paneling for private practice clinicians, and how it contributes to access to care for clients.
2. List the specific covered services offered for telehealth and Medi-Cal expansion.
