A message from Lindsey!

Hi everyone, my name is Lindsey and I use she/her pronouns. Thank you for being open to online yoga! I value your trust greatly and welcome any questions prior to the webinar. Please contact Women's Advocates and we'll coordinate to get you answers.

You can expect gentle breathing and seated movement. Pick a spot where you can reach your arms. I am trained in Hatha, Restorative, and Trauma informed Yoga. I'm a social work student with a human services background. I've also been impacted by domestic violence, which is why I value Women's Advocates so much. Certainly, yoga doesn't fix everything. If it's a bad day, sometimes yoga isn't my main coping skill. But, I've also found peace in yoga when storms pass and I look forward to sharing what I know. See you soon!
