Documentary: 2020 Hispanic Community Voices: The Impact of Covid-19
Join us for the premier of this powerful documentary film by local filmmakers -- producer Betty Aragon and director Shari Due of Be Reel Films. We are all deeply impacted by the pandemic, but some of us have more resources and privileges to navigate the crisis. Drawing on dozens of interviews, this film reveals the hidden impact the COVID19 crisis is having on Larimer County Latinx/immigrant workers and their families – essential workers whose industries are hard hit economically, who do not have the privilege to work remotely, and who are left out of many critical forms of assistance.

The online film screening will be followed by a panel and Q&A with Betty Aragon, film participants and community leaders.

**This event is brought to you by with love and commitment from Mujeres de Colores, ISAAC of Northern Colorado, The Family Center/La Familia, Fuerza Latina, Alianza NORCO, La Cocina, The BIPOC Alliance, The LatinX Advisory Group and The Fort Collins Interfaith Council. We honor the tireless work of our community organizations to better the lives of others and note that much of their work is made possible through your community donations.
