With new information from the 2023 update of National Reserve Study Standards, in this 45-minute session we'll share the key Reserve concepts that minimize deferred maintenance and special assessments, and maximize property values. On the day of the webinar, you must click on the link provided in your registration confirmation email and watch the entire live webinar to receive credit. Phone call attendees that cannot see the screen/presentation do not count for credit. 2. The link only tracks the one registered attendee.
