This workshop from PACER's Simon Technology Center will offer a one-hour overview of a variety of mobile apps that can support wellness for all ages. Apps featured will help users to practice calm breathing, experiment with guided meditation, try yoga, track their mood, learn coping strategies, and support mental health. We will cover apps that are designed for young children and teens, as well as adults. Discussion will include strategies for using apps at home, in the classroom, or on the job. The goal of this workshop is to offer easy-to-use options available to help manage day-to-day stress and anxiety.
