Do you want better wages and working conditions? Get a union.
Unions are a proven strategy to improve your wages and working conditions. Unions work — and you can ensure that the economic recovery is fair by unionizing your workplace.
This interactive 1.5 hour online workshop will prepare you to unionize your place. You will learn about how workers have defied the odds and their bosses for each other. You will have a chance to practice talking to your co-workers about forming a union. We will leave you with resources so that you know what to do next. We will connect you to union organizers so that you can take the next step.
We will be posting information about how to guarantee your privacy when watching this webinar. We will work with you to ensure that your boss does not find out.
By default, this zoom webinar will be set up so that no one else can see your personal information. A video of the event will also be shared by the Toronto Centre NDP.
This workshop will be recorded and circulated to those who sign up. We will ensure that the recording protects the privacy of those with specific privacy needs.
