Dr. Eric Tippin is Assistant Professor of English at Palm Beach Atlantic University. His research focuses on the essay, on theories of prose style, and on short forms such as the aphorism and the list. He has published on figures from Louisa May Alcott to G. K. Chesterton to Oscar Wilde.
