(Academic Manager @Cyanna Education Services) Kellie Link is the Academic Manager for Cyanna Education Services in Granville, Ohio. While in attendance at The Ohio State University, she obtained her undergraduate and Master's Degree in special education and Educational Services and Research. She has served as an intervention program specialist at the preschool, elementary and high school levels, prior to transitioning into a role as a Faculty Coach for the Columbus State Community College. Kellie has a long history of academic, nonprofit, and corporate freelance writing experience for domestic and global clients. In addition to the academic field, Kellie has functioned as an advocate, forensic interviewer, and liaison between victims of violence and community services, as a means of bringing justice and healing to families and children. Dr. Henry (Hank) Johnson (@McGraw-Hill) Dr. Johnson began his career as an educator in 1973 when he graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's Degree in elementary education. He taught for 18 years in the Broward County School System; most of those years teaching eighth graders. During that time, Henry returned to Florida Atlantic University to earn his Master’s Degree in Administration; his Educational Specialist Degree in Administration; and his Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership. During his career, Dr. Johnson has been a Staffing Specialist in the Hernando County School System, Director of Distance Education for Saint Leo University, Director of Training for USAA Corporation, Academic Dean at Florida Metropolitan University, and Founder/Director of his own charter school. Dr. Johnson's philosophy of education and his tireless drive for educational excellence are a reflection of the varied experiences he has had, along with a proven record of success as an administrator. Michele Deck (Co-founder & CEO @GAMES/Tool Thyme for Trainers) Michele Deck presents nationally and internationally on innovative teaching methods in the field of health care education and training for over 35 years. She is the recipient of many honors and awards for her creativity, innovation, productivity and exemplary leadership qualities. Honors include Association of Nurses in Professional Development, the prestigious Belinda E. Puetz Award, election to Sigma National Nursing Honor Society, and the Business Woman of the Year Award by the National Business Council. She is co-founder and chief executive officer of G.A.M.E.S., a company that specializes in seminars on adult learning and interactive training methods, and Tool Thyme for Trainers, a company which supplies innovative and creative presentation tools for educators worldwide. She has authored 12 books on creative and involving ways to teach adults.
