Her research is focused on precision medicine across the disease continuum to prevent and treat rheumatoid arthritis, with a focus on personalised therapeutics in early RA and Difficult-to-Treat-Refractory disease. Professor Buch is the Chair of the NIHR-Versus Arthritis UK Musculoskeletal Translational Research Collaboration; NIHR-BHF cardiovascular (CV) partnership steering committee member and lead of the national 'CARDIO-IMID UK Network'. She has been involved in several European (EULAR) task force initiatives including Chair of the Scientific Organising Committee, EULAR 2015 and Abstract Chair for EULAR 2014. She sits on several Versus Arthritis grant committees and on the editorial board of several journals. Anja Strangfeld (Professor @Charite University Medicine Berlin) Anja Strangfeld is a physician who has dedicated her professional research to the epidemiology of rheumatic diseases. Her research, investigating the safety of therapies for rheumatic disease patients, has been instrumental in improving patient care in Germany. Since March 2022, Anja Strangfeld now heads the entire Epidemiology programme area at the DRFZ Among other things, Professor Strangfeld has helped to establish the RABBIT (Rheumatoid Arthritis: Monitoring of Biologics Therapy) registry, which has been monitoring the course of disease in more than 20,000 rheumatoid arthritis patients on conventional or new therapies. Some 450 institutions have been recruited to participate in this registry, with several the published results now being considered as fundamental knowledge rheumatology. She has also been involved in establishing several other registries, including the RABBIT-SpA registry and the Rhekiss pregnancy registry. Chris Edwards (Professor @University of Southampton) Professor Christopher Edwards is Consultant Rheumatologist and Honorary Chair of Clinical Rheumatology, University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust within Medicine at the University of Southampton. Professor Edwards is a clinical rheumatologist with research interests and expertise in the epidemiology and treatment of inflammatory rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. He is a member of international committees working to produce guidelines for the best management of rheumatic diseases, leading a systematic review of guidelines for the use of radiology in the diagnosis and management of rheumatoid arthritis for EULAR. With expertise in the planning and delivery of trials in this area, including early stage trials, Professor Edwards has developed strong local and international partnerships with clinical and academic colleagues. Lorenzo Dagna (Professor @IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute) Professor Dagna is the Head of the Unit of Immunology, Rheumatology, Allergy and Rare Diseases at IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milano. Professor Dagna's clinical work focuses on the care of patients with immunological and rheumatological diseases, with a particular interest in immune-mediated rare diseases. His research interests are currently mainly focused on the pathogenesis and advanced and innovative therapy of immune-mediated diseases, as well as the prevention and treatment of the complications cancer immunotherapy. Lorenzo Dagna is a Fellow of the American College of Physician (ACP), Honorary Fellow of the European Federation of Internal Medicine (EFIM), and member of the Italian Society for Internal Medicine (SIMI) and Italian Society of Rheumatology (SIR). He serves as the Section Editor for Immunology and Rheumatology for the European Journal of Internal Medicine.
