The Preference-based living team partners with providers to offer virtual coaching for quality improvement projects to help assess, communicate, and honor the preferences of residents/clients. In this webinar, Dr. Katy Abbott and Project Manager Alex Heppner will discuss experiences and findings from their replication of the PAL Card QIP with providers from four different states (Ohio, Colorado, Tennessee and Missouri). They will highlight strategies providers found effective to move a new initiative forwarding during a pandemic.
