Developing Your Own Emotional Resilience and Wellness Plan: Professional and Personal Strategies to Survive and Thrive this Year (and Next Year too).
Building on the ten resilience skills presented in part one, the second part of this webinar series will focus on how all dentists, no matter where they are in their career, can apply these techniques. Using case-based scenarios, we will discuss how cognitive flexibility, emotional tolerance, and finding meaning and purpose apply to oral health practice. Participants will be given the tools to develop their own tailored resilience plan.

Learners will be able to:

1. Apply resilience skills to common scenarios in oral healthcare.

2. Generate three personalized strategies to support resilience in your practice setting.

3. Generate two organizational strategies that can support resilience in oral health settings.

1 hour of Continuing Education (CE) credit is available to all participants who remain connected for at least 45 minutes.

Each person who wishes to receive a CE confirmation letter for participating in this event must register individually.

Enter the information (name; address; credentials) as you want it to appear on the CE letter, with complete words and capital letters where applicable.
