Mike first joined C12 as a Member in 2010. He then served as an Area Chair from 2011-2012 and as a Managing Chair for the Central Texas market from 2013-2016, before transitioning into his role as CEO in May 2016. Prior to C12, Mike spent seven years with Walgreens Health Initiatives in a variety of corporate operations and field sales roles, five years in a financial services startup in Chicago, as well as a few years in pastoral leadership, corporate development for a medical company, and running a boutique management consulting company focused on healthcare strategy. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Trinity International University (Deerfield, IL) and engaged in graduate work with Trinity Evangelical Divinity School for theology and Loyola Graduate School of Business in project management. Terry Witte (Director of Development @C12 Group) Terry Witte recently joined the C12 team as the Director of Development. As a native to Hondo, Texas, Terry’s education and career path have kept her within a small radius in the south-central region of Texas. She earned her BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to C12, Terry spent 30 years in commercial banking, where she served for the majority of her career as a Relationship Manager. Through her love for God’s word and sharing it with others, she dedicated 25 years to leading teams in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) alongside her full-time work. Her passion to see people fulfilled and thriving in their relationships grew, and she also became a Certified Relational Wisdom Instructor and Certified Life Coach. These worlds collided when she joined C12 and have perfectly equipped her to connect with leaders across the globe to evaluate opportunities within the C12 network.
