David B Turetsky
David B. Turetsky serves as Managing Consultant and is responsible for consulting with clients on people analytics, total rewards and other HR data governance issues. In this role, David consults with clients around the world focused on improving their usage of data, analytics and HR processes in support of their business. David and his team partner with clients to provide ideas, insights and best practices on how to optimize People Insights. This consulting service is designed to provide clients a personal, reliable and trusted source of advice. In his previous role, David served as ADP’s VP of Professional Services, consulting with clients on their use of the ADP DataCloud™. He was uniquely qualified to provide that advice since his previous role was Chief Product Owner for the ADP DataCloud™ where he developed the strategy and oversaw development of ADP reporting, analytics, benchmarking, data mashups and predictive analytics. David hosts and produces the HR Data Labs podcast on
Howard Nizewitz and Heather Hormell
Howard’s extensive expertise in compensation management comes with a 25-year track record of implementing strategic and successful compensation programs in the financial services and technology industries with both a global and regional focus. His tenure includes positions at Barclays, Citigroup and JPMorgan to name a few. Other areas of expertise include HR consulting, deferred compensation, incentive plan design and talent management. Heather is a systems and data analytics expert. She has 10 years of experience in creating and implementing employee onboarding programs which include aspects of company culture, industry trends, and facets of organizations to support employees through their new endeavors. In addition to new employee onboarding, Heather has developed and implemented department specific new employee programs, continuous employee development, and regulatory training
Sam Reeve
Sam is the CEO and founder of CompTeam. His core focus is leading companies through transformational change by optimizing talent initiatives with reward programs to achieve long-term strategic objectives. Sam’s diverse experience includes the design and optimization of performance-driven variable compensation plans for executive, sales and core employee populations of growing companies. Prior to founding CompTeam, Sam has worked in compensation functions of notable firms such as BlackRock, McKesson and Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Sam is a global certified compensation consultant (CCP, GRP) with over 20 years of experience in Total Reward Strategies.
