Friday Fireside Chat - Rita McGrath & Erin Meyer
Erin Meyer has been de-coding national and corporate cultures for years with the tools from her incredibly successful book "The Culture Map." Now, she's taken on a new project, teaming up with Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings to do an in-depth study of the culture at Netflix. The result is an FT-long-listed book, "No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention" which lays out how a culture of excellence really works. In this chat, we'll talk about what she learned with unprecedented access to the people at Netflix and maybe a bit about what's going on in academia just now (we both teach at business schools).
