The 3 R’s of Recruiting: Recruiting, Retention & ‘Rithmatic – Harry Hoopis and Joey Davenport
This session features GAMA Hall of Fame Member Harry Hoopis his 3 R’s of Recruiting which are Recruiting, Retention and ‘Rithmatic. Harry begins by sharing best practices for building a recruiting culture based on the systems of the top performing agencies in the industry. He will then provide insights on selection best practices and how to identify top performers. Harry will conclude with the “rithmatic” which is a process for identifying the recruiting activity required by reverse engineering your recruiting goals and your recruiting pipeline ratios.
