Leah Chang
Founder & Lead Instructional Designer/Learning Technologist @Leah Chang
Leah has 17+ years’ instructional design experience designing curriculum, courses, programs and learning content for youth and adults in secondary, post-secondary, corporate and non-profit environments. She works with clients and subject matter experts to make impactful instructor-led, virtual, or eLearning courses by applying neuroscience, adult education best practices and instructional design principles. Leah believes that eLearning should be engaging, interactive and make retention and application as sticky as possible. She is skilled at chunking complex concepts into digestible portions, and distilling content into a logical flow. Her experience as an educator and marketing and communications specialist informs how she designs modern learning experiences: relative engagement activities, just the right amount of content and based on measurable and achievable outcomes.
