With almost a decade’s agency experience before moving into the public sector, where she worked across Scotland’s three national public bodies to launch and lead the ground-breaking collaboration Brand Scotland, Cat now heads up the global brand, creative, campaign and partnership marketing of VisitScotland. She also holds the position of non-executive director for Scotland’s digital academy CodeClan and has sat on advisory boards for Marketing Society of Scotland and City Nation Place. Cat is a highly motivated strategic leader with experience across traditional and digital channels, complex stakeholder management and a track record of delivering award-winning results.

Leonardo is a professional in social communication with an emphasis on audiovisual production, holding a master's degree in business and tourist destinations as well as an expert diploma in innovation and tourism intelligence. He has extensive experience in managing and promoting destinations to attract investment, entrepreneurship, tourism, and events, as well as city brand management. In the last 12 years, Leonardo showcases his expertise in driving the marketing strategy and city brand development for Bogotá, Colombia, as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Invest in Bogota. He holds a key role in leading the City marketing board, which brings together public and private entities of the city and directs international initiatives. He also serves as a Project Consultant at TDDS - Tourism Data Driven Solutions, a company that supports projects for the development of tourism strategies and Smart Tourist Destinations.
