How to collaborate with construction clients
How to collaborate with construction clients
5 May, 11am

Clients are key to all construction businesses, but what do they really want from their supply chain? In this webinar, in partnership with Willmott Dixon, we hear from the industry’s customers on their preferred working practices, what they expect from their contractor and consultant partners, and what value looks like.

Our speakers, who are drawn from the client and contractor sides of the industry, will look at best practice examples of team working and collaboration and provide pointers on how to deliver better project outcomes.

Speakers include:

• Mike Foy is president of CIOB and a regional head at the Department for Education (DfE). He has led numerous schools projects in his roles at the DfE and was previously a BSF project director on St Helens Council. He is currently involved with MMC initiatives at the DfE.

• Anthony Dillon is managing director for the north at Willmott Dixon. Delivering an annual turnover of more than £200m, he has a strong track record of collaborating closely with clients and delivering high-quality projects, notably in the education sector.

• Jennifer Makkreel is deputy head of capital projects at the University of Oxford. She typically manages 30 or more projects at any given time, and oversees a pipeline of more than 150 schemes with a value in excess of £1.5bn. She has a key role in the University’s net zero strategy and recently helped deliver its first major Passivhaus building.

This webinar is free to attend and qualifies for one hour's CPD.
