Glen Davis QC
Glen Davis QC has acted in numerous cases involving administrations and company voluntary arrangements, and in cases involving ‘special administrations’ of investment banks and further education bodies. Glen edits the Butterworths Insolvency Law Handbook which is the comprehensive collection of English primary and secondary legislation affecting insolvency (22nd edition published in 2020).
He has a long-standing interest in the development of commercial law across Africa. He chairs the Africa Committee of COMBAR, the English Commercial Bar Association and sits as an arbitrator, particularly in cases with an African dimension.
Felicity Toube QC
Felicity has acted in relation to most of the recent major corporate restructurings or insolvencies and related litigation including most recently in Saad, Madoff, Lehman, Stanford, Rastogi, Nortel, SPhinX, Sigma, Landsbanki, MF Global, and Rafidain Bank.
Felicity won Chambers and Partners Insolvency/Company Silk (QC) of the Year 2020. She is ranked as a Leading Silk both in the UK and internationally by Chambers & Partners in Insolvency/Restructuring, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Company Law, and Commercial/Chancery Litigation.
