Diversity and Inclusion is such an important issue within all types of organizations -- and because of that, it's become a critical area of focus within the HR function. But now, we're also starting to see several large organizations hire for product roles focused on implementing D&I within their products.
But what does this mean, exactly? What does a Diversity and Inclusion Product Manager do -- and how are they empowered to make real change within the product? And perhaps more importantly, how can we take the responsibility of fighting racial injustice in our products even if we don't have this title or role?
