Potentia Perspectives: Engaging Your (Already) Neurodiverse Workforce
Description
An employer’s workforce is their most important asset. Yet, companies are finding it more difficult than ever to fully engage and then retain their teams. Statistics indicate that a large percentage of professionals are neurodistinct, but are these employees being engaged in a way that allows them to fully “show up” and thrive in the workplace?
While Potentia is an experienced partner in proactively recruiting, hiring and supporting neurodistinct talent, we understand that it isn't always an option to add new staff. But what about making sure you're properly supporting the existing neurodiversity within your workforce?
Join industry leaders and self-advocates as they discuss how to improve employment outcomes for your neurodiverse workforce.
