Brooke Pitcher currently oversees all property and building operational aspects on the MCDS 35-acre campus. He has over 25 years of experience in multi-unit operations, project management, and business development in commercial, educational, government, and residential environments. A licensed CA contractor, Brooke oversees and provides insight in maintaining the property also focusing on the installation, design, and aging process of campus. Brooke’s diverse background includes operations consulting for Berkshire Hathaway, Developer/Owner/Operator of multiple Dairy Queen franchises, and directing the property and building divisions for both Foth and CLE Engineering groups.
