Mindfulness For Parents
We love our children and wish the best for them. Yet in our day to day life, the role as a parent can be challenging at times. Mindfulness can support us in raising our children with calmness, care and curiosity.
This course supports parents in bringing more mindfulness into their interaction with their children. Together we explore how to deal with challenging emotions, establish calm and concentration, and deal with our confidence to parent during difficult circumstances. The course will provide you with hands on practices to strengthen empathy, invite mindful play and bond over reconnecting activities.
Webinars are for 1 hour per week for 8 weeks. There will be the opportunity for Q&A's at the end of the sessions.
