To really support development of our being, we need a basic grounding practice of some sort, but we also need practices that we do in life—while we are functioning and relating. While there are practices that are good and helpful for every type, there are also specific practices that will be powerful for each individual type—customized practices if you will. In this session, Russ Hudson will provide some practices and pointers for each Enneagram Type based in the idea of “catching ourselves in the act.” He will offer some tips about grounding practices as well as some specific practices we can do in the midst of our days. While each of these practices is aimed at a particular type, of course, the rest of us may find it useful as well. We will also consider ways to personalize these practices so they become truly integrated into our daily activities.
After the 60 minute talk, there will be approximately 30 minutes for question and answer.
