The impact of the worldwide pandemic has only increased uncertainty and complex emotions in all aspects of our lives. The challenges around shifting from remote work back to physically being present at work has brought new stresses and questions as to how and when workplaces will reopen. This is a unique opportunity to share ideas around cultivating employee resilience as we return to our physical work environments.
