Join the New Brunswick Lung Association's respiratory therapist for a fun, relaxing, chair-yoga session, designed for all everybody & all abilities. Sessions take place every Tuesday in April (starting April 6, 2021) at 2PM (Atlantic).
Each session lasts about 45 minutes. The sessions are intended to be completed in a stable chair with no arms, but can also be done while standing. Don't worry if you can't make it to every session, they will be recorded and available online.
If you have serious health issues you should have the approval of your doctor to undertake any new exercise program. You may find each movement easy or challenging, depending on your personal health. Please make sure to monitor your body, and take a break if needed.
