OKC Black Chamber of Commerce Diversity and Inclusion Series: Session 2
Imagine a place where people of all colors and races and gender work in an environment all climbing the runs of Corporate America. They are all welcome to bring their unique-unassimilated selves to work because the uniqueness that they bring is not just recognized but respected. This all sounds astounding but what are the steps to generate and cultivate such an environment?

Join the Oklahoma City Black Chamber of Commerce for the second session in our new DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Series where we can answer the questions: What does organizational development look like within intentional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion? How do we establish it? How do we sustain it? How will organizational performance benefit from it?

In our second session, we address how to build an infrastructure that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion and the manners in which to foster it? Mr. Cordney McClain will walk us through the steps and doctrine that it takes to do so. Mr. McClain is the Director for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office at the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business.
