Sarah A. Jacobs, BS, R.T.(R)(M)(CT), is the Mammography Coordinator at Allina Health’s New Ulm Medical Center. She has been fortunate to train under the mentorship and guidance of Louise C. Miller and works as a Mammography Consultant for Mammography Educators. In previous roles, she has been a Lead Mammography Technologist and Patient Experience Team Leader for Mayo Clinic Health System in St. James, Minnesota. Sarah is devoted to supporting fellow mammography technologists in achieving excellence in mammography positioning. In all her work, she strongly promotes superior standards of communication with her patients and colleagues. Her expertise includes mammography positioning, quality control, MQSA inspection preparation, ACR accreditation, stereotactic biopsy, and digital breast tomosynthesis. Sarah has experience with standardization of protocols, policy and procedure development and analysis.
