Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Standards in Focus

This one hour webinar will review the Prison Rape Elimination Act, the PREA national standards, which work to end sexual abuse and harassment in detention facilities. Participates will understand the basics of PREA, including the law's history, key provisions and policies, and its potential impact. This webinar is part of a four part training series dedicated to multi-disciplinary service providers who work with incarcerated survivors.

This first webinar of our PREA training series focuses exclusively on the PREA standards. Subsequent quarterly training will focus on Sexual Violence in Detention, Working with Incarcerated Survivors, and will feature training from national experts.
