1. Explore connections between the big 3 wellness lifestyle behaviors (i.e., breakfast eating, sleep duration & physical activity) and mental health problems and behaviors among US high school adolescents using YRBS data.
2. Review research examining wellness behaviors, including diet and breakfast eating, sleep and physical activity and mental health indicators.
3. Identify practice implications for substance use prevention and behavioral health professionals and parents.
