Dr Kerry Howells
Dr Kerry Howells is an author and award-winning educator, who has spent over 25 years researching, teaching and practising gratitude. She has worked with school leaders and teachers at all levels of education, health professionals, and elite athletes and their coaches, who have reported enhanced wellbeing and flourishing relationships through their gratitude practices. Kerry’s latest research problematises gratitude in the midst of difficult relationships, and she outlines strategies to address this in her newly released and critically acclaimed book, Untangling you: How can I be grateful when I feel so resentful?
