Conscious Resting Meditation 1.30 - 2 pm
A deeply restful meditation to help you surrender into and connect with the source of your own inner stillness and wisdom. Find somewhere cosy and comfortable to rest, have a glass of water and a journal and pen to hand. We will rest for around 25 minutes. This will be followed by some (non recorded) time for 10/15 minutes for some optional sharing thoughts and experiences using the chat function or simply continuing to rest in the stillness.
