He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Abilene’s Hardin-Simmons University. Samuel joined Metallic Products in 2014, first serving as control manager, but working his way through the ranks to vice president of operations. Today, he helps to oversee the company’s sales and production processes, seeking out ways to improve efficiency and customer experience while producing leading metal building ventilation accessories. Outside of work, Samuel enjoys spending time with his two children — Carolyn, age 8, and Andrew, age 4. William "Bill" Beals (District Manager @Therm-All) Bill Beals, District Manager of Therm-All (www.therm-all.com), is a 37-year veteran of the metal building industry and a contributing member of several committees, including the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) Energy Committee. Mr. Beals also belongs to the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the International Code Council (ICC), and is often invited to share his extensive energy code knowledge through presentations at industry conferences.
