Stakeholder Management Theory

Summary: This session will address Stakeholder Management theory which advocates for a strategic management approach that addresses and accounts for the needs of all stakeholders, including not only shareholders but employees, customers, supply chain and distribution partners, and communities.

Deliverables: An understanding of the theory, principles, history, framework, and current state of the field that is the underlying foundation for all business operations, including Enterprise Engagement.
