This free webinar addresses that very question. Introducing what is known as post-traumatic growth, we explore the ways in which crisis, trauma, and adversity can lay the foundation for prolific psychological growth.

Claire Nana, LMFT
Claire Nana LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years’ experience studying, writing about, and facilitating post-traumatic growth. She has worked in a variety of settings, including addiction treatment centers, private practice, and corporations. She has created 22 continuing education courses drawing on the fundamental concepts of post-traumatic growth and is also the author of Leverage: The Science of Turning Setbacks Into Springboards.
