Your Brain on Anxiety
We all experience anxiety, but for many Americans feelings of persistent and excessive fear and distress prevent them from doing everyday activities. Join NAMI Central Texas and Wendi Kozlowski from Insight Behavioral Health Center as we take a closer look at anxiety disorders, common symptoms in adults and children, and an overview of coping skills and treatment options.

Mind Matters at Home, presented by Ascension Seton, brings mental health experts and advocates straight into your home to share valuable information and tools for deepening our community’s understanding and managing of mental health during the challenging situation caused by the coronavirus.
